01Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and ph48 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the ph48 website, mobile site, and all related services accessible at ph48.best and its subdomains.

ph48 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under a valid gaming license, serving players in the Philippines. These Terms apply to every aspect of your relationship with ph48 — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, sports wagering, and all forms of customer support interaction.

By registering a ph48 account, clicking "I Accept," or by simply using any part of the ph48 platform after these Terms have been presented to you, you are formally agreeing to be bound by everything written in this document. • You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or legal entity of any kind.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

ph48 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable forms of age verification include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS UMID, Voter's ID, and PRC Professional ID.

Any account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned to the originating payment source.

04Account Registration and Management

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on ph48. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering your ph48 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph48 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph48 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• Do not share your ph48 password with anyone, including ph48 support staff — ph48 will never ask for your password.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options for additional security.
• Notify ph48 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your registered mobile number and email address remain active and accessible, as these are used for account verification and security notifications.

ph48 reserves the right to verify account information at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period following a verification request may be suspended until the verification process is completed.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph48 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph48 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on ph48 is ₱100. ph48 does not charge any processing fee on deposits made to your ph48 wallet. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transfer fees. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your ph48 account. ph48 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ph48 account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the ph48 account verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts.
• InstaPay bank withdrawals are typically processed within three business hours during regular banking hours.
• PESONet bank withdrawals submitted before 3:00 PM on a business day are generally credited the same day.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your card issuer.

ph48 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documents to confirm the source of deposited funds. This process is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure and not an indication of suspected wrongdoing.

Balances derived entirely from promotional credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled in full.

06Bonuses and Promotions

ph48 offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposits bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and other seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the ph48 promotions page and take precedence over any general statement made about bonuses elsewhere on the platform.

The following general rules apply to all ph48 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• When a player's balance contains both real money and bonus funds, real money is used first in eligible games unless the active promotion specifies a different order.
• If a Player withdraws their real money balance before fulfilling the wagering requirement on a linked bonus, the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the ph48 platform.
• ph48 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through strategic betting, collusion, or any form of gaming the system will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

07Betting and Casino Game Rules

All sports bets, live casino wagers, and slot game spins placed on ph48 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the ph48 platform.

Sports Betting: All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds may change between the time a Player views them and the time they submit a bet slip — ph48 will display the confirmed odds at the point of acceptance. If the odds change before acceptance, the Player may be presented with the new odds and given the option to accept or decline.

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled will be voided, and stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays to account for live data latency. ph48 reserves the right to void clearly erroneous live bets resulting from data feed errors.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual sports betting markets and are displayed in the relevant section of the platform.

Live Casino and Slots: All live casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or real-time dealer operations. Game outcomes are determined by certified fair mechanisms independent of ph48. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.

ph48 is not responsible for interrupted games caused by network disconnections on the Player's end. In such cases, the Platform's server log determines the official game outcome, and bets that were confirmed before disconnection are settled accordingly.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph48 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances at ph48's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account on ph48
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using a stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment method for deposits
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other financial crime
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker games, or any other multiplayer format
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the ph48 platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or loopholes in the ph48 system for financial gain
• Engaging in matched betting specifically designed to abuse promotional offers
• Accessing ph48 through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph48 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel

ph48 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Players suspected of any violation may have their accounts temporarily frozen pending investigation. ph48 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all matters involving suspected financial crime or fraud.

09Account Suspension and Closure

ph48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a required timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, or abuse
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that prevent ph48 from continuing to serve the account
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ph48 account may contact the support team at any time. Where an account is closed at the Player's request and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawals, the remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph48 reserves the right to withhold balances pending a full investigation. Any confirmed bonus abuse or fraud may result in permanent forfeiture of the full account balance.

10Limitation of Liability

ph48 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph48 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from the use of the ph48 platform
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside ph48's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by external data provider failures, where ph48 has acted in good faith
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind related to the use of ph48

Nothing in these Terms limits ph48's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

ph48 collects and processes personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ph48.best/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the ph48 Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected during registration and account verification is used exclusively for the purposes of providing ph48 services, processing transactions, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and communicating with Players about their accounts and promotions. ph48 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

ph48 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Player data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All financial transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections.

12Responsible Gaming Commitment

ph48 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players to support healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may require a cooling-off period when increased.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
